Sure. Here's where I've really seen it a lot, Brad. And I think you're going to like this. So I've almost created boards in Asana for each team member. Or I've created a board and assigned multiple team members to these boards. And the example would be like, you know, I have a supervisor. Currently, I'm the manager. I have a supervisor that I've cruised underneath me, right? In a perfect world, I hire a manager to replace me in that position that handles the supervision. And then so like there's still like the chain of command, right? But underneath all that stuff, I've created a board like fleet management. Okay, we have... five trucks and four trailers and three machines and a couple of golf carts for the ranch. And so like fleet management is really, it's really, really important to our crew. You know, like if I, one of my trucks goes down, it could really affect like the overall performance of the company and the profitability and all that stuff. Right. So I'm like, okay, I delegate this board, let's say, and everyone's involved because I got five guys driving trucks. Right. And five other guys are driving different vehicles and machines. So if you have a problem with a machine, you can go to Asana and go into the fleet management and say, hey, we have a problem with the excavator. Hey, we have a problem with an oil change on Ranger 1,2, or 3, or whatever, right? So those things can be dumped in there. Before, it was like they'd come to me and go like, hey, we need new tires on the truck. I'm like, okay, well. I didn't know where to put it. I'm just like holding it in my brain. But now it's like it's dumped there. And now I've made someone responsible for that. And it's there. It's like, like, it's a significant deal for you to manage this. And then we can put due dates and all that stuff. This is no surprise to you. But some of the viewers that are, the audience that are listening, they don't know that. So like we can go, hey, I really need, I need tires on this truck within the next two weeks or brakes. We're starting to squeak. I got a week before I got to do them. And you can kind of throw that in there. And so now someone is responsible for that. It's a significant deal. Like, and they feel like, hey, I manage all the vehicles for this company. Like if I don't come to work, like the company could be crippled because of everything I do is so significant. And so that would be a really important factor. And then I've got... this project and that project and this goal and that goal. And everyone's assigned to those things. And I've seen such an amazing transformation between some of my team. We will have this meeting in six months. And whatever platform I'm using at the time, I don't know, but this is a big deal for me.
